Our charming guest house completely at your disposal

Back in 1994 we decided that Uncastillo – our own village – was the ideal place to set up a B&B. After a long process (purchase, permits, building, financing, decorating…) Posada La Pastora became the first charming hotel in Uncastillo.

Since then we have given up our jobs as social worker and biologist to dedicate ourselves to what we most enjoy; taking care of our guests.

Thanks to all of you who have made our dream possible, and who have helped us over the years to improve our boutiquel hotel.
